Using myofascial, craniosacral, and joint techniques for the spine and pelvis we can often loosen structures in the body that are pulling at sensitive nervous system tissues. Posture correction is a vital part of the process to headache and migraine relief and specific stretches and stabilization exercises will also be taught.
