MASSAGE THERAPY

Our massage therapists are Tennessee State Licensed. Massage therapy at our facility is therapeutically minded with maximum relief of tension, stiffness, and pain.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Classic massage of the soft tissues to induce deep relaxation, increases body’s blood and lymphatic drainage. This massage is for those who like light to moderate pressure.

COMBINATION MASSAGE

This is our truly therapeutic massage. Using a combination of techniques, this massage is tailored to your specific needs.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

This moderate to deep pressured massage releases patterns of tension through slow, deep strokes, on contracted areas. Trigger points are addressed in this type of massage.

CRANIOSACRAL

Using myofascial release techniques on the different parts of the body with gentle cranial bone mobilization to decrease tension on the nervous system. People who cannot tolerate deep massage or who have chronic pain, headaches, or TMJ pain, will benefit from craniosacral therapy.

PRE-NATAL MASSAGE

Swedish massage for the expectant mother. Second and third trimesters only please. If you have pre-eclampsia, or any other conditions needing regular medical attention, it may be necessary to get a physician approval prior to your massage.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Oiled, smooth stones hand-picked by Kerry Becht from the coast of Maine, are heated and used in the therapist’s hands during the massage. This type of massage is exceptionally relaxing and the rocks provide deep penetration of the moist heat.

MUSCLE RESTORE TECHNIQUE

This massage is specific for relief of headaches. Muscles in along the spine, neck, head, and hips are released to promote decrease in soft tissue tension related to headaches and chronic pain.
