Brittany moved to Tennessee in 2005 after graduating from Pacifica High School in Garden Grove, CA. She began her experience working with the general public as a customer service representative. Brittany then embarked on a new career working in an office of outpatient physical therapy. Providing personal service and assistance to others on a daily basis for over a decade has given her the opportunity to use her talents and strive to offer patients the most pleasant experience possible. Filing proper paperwork for new patients, verifying insurance, obtaining authorization for visits, scheduling appointments, calling referrals, faxing progress reports to physicians, answering phones, and welcoming patients are some of her main duties as the front desk director.
