Last year, when playing golf, my back hurt so much. I had to start each round of play with 4 Advil, then 4 more Advil by the 6th hole.
My back then started to bother me when I did what I would call normal daily activities.
My primary care physician recommended Kerry Becht Physical Therapy. I had my first appointment in January of 2016 with Kelly Ehlert, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT. By this time, the pain in my back was excruciating, with pain medicine necessary for any relief at all. Kelly worked on my back and began to teach me exercises on how to make my back stronger.
I found Kelly, and the entire staff extremely competent, helpful, and patient. Their skill in treating patients is very evident.
I have faithfully performed my set of exercises that Kelly taught me, and VIOLA! Twice this year, I have golfed with absolutely no pain, no drugs, no Advil!
In March of this year, I underwent total knee replacement surgery. Again, I sought the services of Kelly Ehlert to guide me through this rehab. She was extremely patient, kind, and yet pushed me to excel in my rehab work. I couldn’t have recovered without her help.
I have had physical therapy elsewhere in Lebanon, Tennessee without these extraordinary results. Some therapists don’t even know who you are as a patient. The therapists at Kerry Becht’s office treat you first as a person, and treat your body with respect.
6 weeks post surgery, I am golfing, walking 3 miles daily, and have no extraordinary pain. I strongly recommend Kerry Becht Physical Therapy to anyone who is struggling with pain. I am so delighted that my doctor recommended this group to me.
